Platform Signup page- Incorrect otp error message

In the Platform signup page, if someone enters incorrect OTP, the error message that comes is "We are unable to register, kindly contact your technical team." Instead it should be "Incorrect OTP. Please enter it again" to avoid users reaching out to us unnecessarily.
